When creating Chatcast’s branding, we focused on developing a rounded typeface inspired by the text bubbles found within mobile messaging apps. Going further with that theme, the uppercase “C” was made to resemble the familiar chat bubble with its three bouncing dots.
When planning the User Experience for Chatcast, we looked at solutions that Marketing professionals were already accustomed to using. Especially Email Marketing solutions since the similarities were apparent. Collect subscribers, build campaigns, and then track results. Great care went into developing the “Message Composer” where users get a live preview of what the message will look like on Facebook Messenger as they are editing the content.
