Zero Twenty One takes a very in-depth deep dive look at your product’s User Experience and provides you with a comprehensive report on what’s done well, as well as what kind of improvements to your User Experience could decrease churn or help grow new registrations and revenue. Think of this report like a fresh set of eyes!  

Step One: After filling out the “Get Started Now” form, we will email you to schedule a one hour Zoom call to chat and learn more about your product prior to us starting on your report. This will help us get a better understanding of your business and product vision.

Step Two: Zero Twenty One gets to work on your report. This can take 1-2 weeks to complete.  

Last Step: Once completed, we will email you to schedule a second one hour Zoom call to go over every detail of our report with you. 

None at all! The information in the report along with all the advice given is yours to do with however you choose. No strings whatsoever. No sales calls (We hate companies that do that). No being added to any mailing lists (Yuck! Even worse than getting sales calls. Won’t happen.). 

Your company must either be currently in one of our Partnering Accelerator Programs or within two years of participation. Our Partnering Accelerator Programs are currently 500 Startups, Y Combinator and Techstars.
